Terms and Conditions for hosting service

EUREKA SAN BLAS: Hosting service provider

  • CLIENT: Passenger taking EUREKA SAN BLAS services (can be a minor)
  • CHECK-IN: Process when the client registers before entering hotel room
  • CHECK-OUT: check-out process when the client finishes using the services of the hotel
  • NO-SHOW: Is the lack of physical presentation of the client at the time of Check-in
  • RESERVATION/BOOKING: An arrangement of reserving a room in EUREKA SAN BLAS chain
  • SERVICE CHARGE/SERVICE FEE: 10% surcharge additional to the room rate based on the services provided by Eureka San Blas
  • IGV: Peruvian General Sales Tax, is 18% additional to the room rate General conditions
  • Clients when booking through www.peru-eueka.com, unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions.
  • No agent, servant, representative or third party has the power or the ability to modify, restrict or extend the terms of this contract.

About the payment processing:

Under this agreement, payment processing services for goods and / or services purchased on this website are provided Eureka Inversiones EIRL, depending on the type of payment method used to purchase goods and / or services.

  • Web rates shown on the first step of the purchase process are net, they do not include the charge for General Sales Tax (IGV) or service charge. Then, at the checkout, only the service charge is added, but the IGV, if applicable, will always be paid at the hotel reception.
  • All rates include breakfast buffet.
  • The rates are expressed per night / room, not per passenger. Additional beds under surcharge may be available depending on the hotel, for further information please contact:reservations@peru-eureka.com

Modification and Cancelation policy:

  • Regular Rate: Can be modified or cancelled, fee of one night's accommodation as a cancellation fee, up to 48 hours prior Check-in time (Peruvian time).
  • Non Refundable rate / Promotional Rates: Cancelation or modification are not allowed, prepaid is mandatory.
  • All rates are expressed in US dollars (USD)
  • No-Show penalty is the charge of the complete stay booked, including charge of services and taxes.
  • Booking confirmation can be any time after the following 24 hours after the Booking process.
  • In the case reservations requiring prepay, the total stay will be charged within 24 hours after reservations generated. If a reservation is made for the same day, the payment will be made at reception.
  • In the case of reservations not requiring prepay, Eureka San Blas has the power to verify the credit card through pre authorization.
  • If the credit card display the messages: "denied", "stolen", "insufficient funds," or "expired", the reservation will proceed to be cancelled without notice.

Check-in and Check-out conditions

  • The entry with food to hotels is not permitted, except for any medical restrictions.
  • Is mandatory to provide a government Identity Card or passport of all the room occupants.
  • For the exoneration of General Sales Tax (IGV), you must present a passport and Andean

Migration Card with entry stamp not exceeding 60 days.

  • The check-in and check-out is 12:00 and 10:00 hours.
  • Any request for early check-in and/or late check-out is subject to an additional charge and must be requested by email: reservations@peru-eureka.com or the directly at hotel reception (subject to availability).
  • Indispensable to present a credit card at the time of Check-in to guarantee accommodation and extras during the stay. In this credit card will be a pre-authorized.

Hotel stay conditions

  • Shared free mobility service or shuttle is offered according to the promotion that applies
  • Eureka San Blas can provide a private service Airport-Hotel-Airport with additional charge.
  • It is only possible to place extra beds in some of our rooms in certain hotels. Prior coordination is required and will involve additional cost.
  • It is not possible to join the beds in the rooms.
  • Given the situation - made of force majeure – if EUREKA SAN BLAS  not able to meet customer accommodation, EUREKA SAN BLAS promises to provide a solution offering accommodation in any of the nearby hotels of similar or higher category.
  • Pets or other animals are not allowed to the hotel area, except for guide dogs, or any animal needed by passenger for medical reasons. The animal must have a proper certificate.
  • Smoking is not allowed in any area of the hotel, either rooms and or public areas.
  • All the hotels have free internet "High Speed" without additional cost.
